Fitzroy Place is a £210 million development which will include 237 private apartments, 310,000 sq ft of office space and 20,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail space. The three acre site will also include health and education facilities.

The scheme responds to the distinctive character of the Fitzrovia area, and is the first development to be centred around a new square in London for over 100 years. Fitzroy Place will combine 21st century living with the history and creative heritage of the area.
